Job Description
PRTR’s IT function is looking for an experienced ERP Support professional to join one of the leading global companies in ICT (Information & Communication Technology), based in Bangkok, Thailand.
The office is located near the Sathorn area.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing first and second-line support for ERP customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Offering functional and technical expertise to support customers with implementing, configuring, and maintaining ERP solutions.
- Performing ERP software installations, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT systems.
- Utilizing debugging and tracing techniques to locate and fix bugs and problems within applications.
- Delivering technical support and training to ERP end-users.
- Applying deep knowledge of ERP reporting tools to assist customers in generating reports.
- Demonstrating excellent communication and customer-oriented skills.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or IT-related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in Application/Technical Support.
- Experience with C#.Net, VB.Net, SQL Server, and Crystal Reports.
- Knowledge of Linux OS is an advantage.
- Understanding of key business processes and programming logic.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure with deadlines on multiple assignments.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in teams.
