We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee and optimize the facility operations, with a focus on maintaining high standards of equipment reliability and facility management.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Implementation

- Designing and executing comprehensive maintenance strategies.
- Developing and standardizing maintenance procedures.
- Overseeing preventive maintenance programs.
- Facility & Equipment Management

- Conducting systematic facility inspections.
- Supervising building systems (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical).
- Ensuring optimal functionality of production equipment.
- Maintaining facility infrastructure and assets.
- Team Leadership

- Directing and mentoring maintenance staff.
- Coordinating workload distribution.
- Conducting performance evaluations.
- Providing technical training and guidance.
- Operations & Compliance

- Maintaining detailed maintenance records.
- Monitoring inventory levels and managing procurement.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Overseeing contractor relationships.
- Budget Planning & Cost Control

- Managing budget planning and cost control for maintenance operations.
Qualifications
- Education:
-
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience:
-
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance management.
- Industry Knowledge:
-
- PCB manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills:
-
- Proficient in maintenance management systems.
- Understanding of ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 standards.
- Strong auditing capabilities.
- Soft Skills:

- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
