The company is seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Project Manager, based in the manufacturing site in Samutsakorn.

Job Description

  • Working with marketing, R&D, and Sourcing to develop the innovation pipeline to drive the company's growth agenda.
  • Leading end-to-end activity management process through from idea to market process, in line with agreed timings & business objectives.
  • Facilitating project task force, developing and managing detailed project timelines including risk management with input from cross-functional teams to ensure on-time full project delivery with flawless execution
  • Facilitating the activity task group team with the project owners. Inspire, motivate, and engage project team members throughout the projects.
  • Facilitating project risk assessment process and developing mitigation plans.
  • Maintaining clear and accurate records of project information required for each business activity.
  • Providing visibility of project status and guiding the broader activity team around project risks and opportunities.
  • Establishing strong engagement with the stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Food Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management or R&D roles from food manufacturing companies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards e.g., GMP, HACCP, Halal, BRC, etc.
  • Good command of English.
  • Working days and able to work every other Saturday.
