We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Reliability Engineer - (Chief level) to support our mission of optimizing operational efficiency, machine reliability, and predictive maintenance practices.
Job Summary
The Chief Maintenance Reliability Engineer will be responsible for implementing and enhancing maintenance strategies to improve the performance and longevity of machinery and tools. This role requires in-depth knowledge of machinery, toolmaking, hydraulics, and advanced maintenance methodologies aligned with international standards. The successful candidate will bring a blend of mechanical engineering experience and reliability-focused maintenance techniques to drive Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) improvement and predictive maintenance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilizing technical expertise in machinery and toolmaking, specifically with hydraulic systems in an industrial setting.
- Applying mechanical engineering knowledge to ensure the effective maintenance and operation of equipment.
- Implementing and adhering to maintenance standards that comply with international best practices.
- Leading reliability maintenance engineering initiatives, including root cause analysis and continuous improvement strategies.
- Developing and executing condition-based predictive maintenance programs to detect and mitigate potential equipment failures.
- Driving improvements in MTBF through data analysis, process adjustments, and preventative maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering with hands-on knowledge in machinery and toolmaking.
- At least 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering following international standards.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in reliability maintenance engineering and condition-based predictive maintenance.
- Demonstrated success in MTBF improvement projects with quantifiable results.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong technical skills with practical experience in industrial machinery maintenance.
- In-depth knowledge of hydraulic systems, toolmaking, and reliability-centered maintenance.
- Proficiency in predictive maintenance tools and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in maintenance and reliability engineering contexts.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
