Key Responsibilities
- Product Definition
- Collaborating with business units (BUs) to understand needs, pain points, and requirements for new initiatives.
- Analyzing and prioritising requirements based on business value and risk.
- Recommending strategic partners and aligning SAP processes to meet business needs.
- Product Development
- Acting as a liaison to communicate requirements between BUs and the development team.
- Engaging stakeholders regularly to align priorities and provide feedback.
- Supporting UAT and change management as needed.
- Product Management
- Keeping stakeholders informed of progress and gathering user feedback.
- Collaborating on product lifecycle management and continuous improvement.
- Identifying solutions for recurring issues and supporting minor project initiations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of cross-functional business experience.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to deadlines and quality.
- Interest in business transformation and strategy-driven information systems.
