Job Description

• Developing and implementing a data governance framework and strategy to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
• Defining and enforcing data policies, standards, and procedures across the organization.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to improve data management practices and mitigate risks.
• Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of data governance initiatives and recommending improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data governance or data management roles.
• Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA, COBIT) and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Familiarity with data management tools (e.g., data catalogues, data quality tools).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
