Job Description
- External Communications
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, including establishing new partnerships with digital platforms and online publications.
- Develop and execute PR strategies, communication plans, and public content management initiatives that align with the company’s strategic direction.
- Maximize brand visibility by creating and distributing branded content tailored to each publication’s audience.
- Translate press releases and key communications between global and local contexts, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and culturally relevant.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all media and manage the flow of news and information to various publications.
- Manage the company’s digital communication channels, including social media, websites, and newsletters, with responsibility for content planning and the communications calendar.
- Serve as the primary contact for award submissions, ensuring accurate and effective representation.
- Support corporate events beyond PR activities and participate in networking with government agencies or healthcare associations to reinforce the company’s image and messaging.
- Strengthen partnerships with stakeholders, including patient advocacy groups and industry partners, to support health and access initiatives for improved health outcomes.
- Internal Communications
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to provide input and optimize internal communications, enhancing employee morale and alignment.
- Provide strategic guidance on executive communications to the Managing Director and leadership team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree of Public Communication or related.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PR / Internal-external communication in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry.
- Able to attend government events and network with healthcare professionals or executives in the Healthcare industry.
- Have good negotiation and influencing skills.
- Fluent in English is a must.
