Job Description

  • Marketing Knowledge: Possessing strong knowledge of marketing and online marketing strategies (social media and e-commerce channels) and coordinating with the internal marketing team.
  • E-Commerce Expertise: Being familiar with managing online stores on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and others.
  • Collaboration: Working with content creators, designers, and developers to create engaging and effective online content and campaigns (including content writing and video content).
  • Data Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing online sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
  • Coordination: Collaborating with external agencies and vendors for SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing services.
  • Management Skills: Demonstrating strong management abilities.
  • Industry Trends: Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep the company at the forefront of online marketing and e-commerce.
  • Task Execution: Following directives and completing tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in online marketing and e-commerce, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, e-commerce platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a startup environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
