We are seeking a talented Engineering Manager to lead our Solar Cell division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, operation planning, and maintenance planning, specifically within the solar cell industry. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our sustainable energy initiatives and drive innovation in the solar cell technology sector.
Responsibilities
- Leading and managing a team of engineers and technical staff in the development, implementation, and maintenance of solar cell projects.
- Driving operational efficiency and process improvements to optimize solar cell production.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solar cell technology into our overall energy solutions.
- Developing and executing short-term and long-term operational and maintenance plans for the solar cell business.
- Overseeing quality control procedures to ensure high-performance and reliable solar cell products.
- Staying current with industry trends and advancements in solar cell technology to drive innovation and competitiveness.
- Day-to-day
- Collaborating with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders to drive solar cell project development.
- Analyzing operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to the engineering team.
- Engaging with industry partners and vendors to stay informed about the latest advancements in solar cell technology.
- Leading regular meetings and reporting on project progress and team performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in engineering, operation planning, and maintenance planning within the solar cell industry.
- At least 5-10 years of experience in the solar cell industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of the solar system.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good command of English.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of solar cell technology and industry best practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
