Our client is a global plastic manufacturer.
Responsibilities
- Developing departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with company objectives and oversee their implementation to achieve set targets.
- Establishing and managing the annual budget and investment plans, closely monitoring expenses to stay within budget.
- Supervising all preventive maintenance for machinery and utility systems, analyzing issues to implement effective preventative measures.
- Overseeing spare parts inventory to optimize spending and ensure timely replacements for effective maintenance.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to improve maintenance efficiency.
- Analyzing and summarising data, reporting findings to leadership, and recommending corrective actions.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Providing guidance and training to subordinates to enhance performance and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Driving improvements in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), targeting metrics like Availability Rate, MTBF, and MTTR.
- Actively supporting plant initiatives, including Kaizen, Safety, 5S, and energy-saving programs, with an emphasis on workplace safety.
- Serving as the responsible individual for energy management.
- Ensuring compliance with ISO quality and environmental standards (ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001).
- Managing projects and taking on additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 7+ years in maintenance and engineering, with 5 years in management.
- Strong technical expertise in preventive maintenance, machinery, mechanical/electrical systems, and PLCs.
- Skilled in extrusion processes, OEE, TPM, and project/energy management.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective communicator with presentation skills in Thai and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and safety compliance.
