They're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns and programs across digital, retail, and traditional platforms. This position requires a strategic thinker with a creative mindset and strong leadership skills to manage the marketing team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Creating and executing comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives, ensuring brand consistency and market differentiation across all channels.
- Brand Management: Leading the development and positioning of Karmart’s brand and product portfolio. Maintaining a deep understanding of consumer needs and market trends to drive brand innovation and differentiation.
- Campaign Management: Planning and executing 360-degree marketing campaigns (online and offline) to drive product awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. Monitoring and optimising the performance of campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Market Research and Insights: Conducting regular market research to analyze consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitor activity. Using insights to refine marketing strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of marketing professionals to achieve goals and drive performance. Fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability within the team.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with product development, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment in marketing initiatives and effective product launches.
- Budget and Resource Management: Managing the marketing budget effectively, ensuring the optimal allocation of resources to maximize campaign impact and achieve objectives within budget constraints.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Tracking and analysing key performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing activities. Providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management on marketing performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity. Experience in the beauty, FMCG, or consumer goods industries is preferred.
- Proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns and driving brand growth.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
