Job Description:
- Creating a trade strategy and communicating it to the Marketing team.
- Considering trade and sales promotions to achieve targets for both MT & TT channels.
- Driving brand awareness across various categories and products.
- Developing new channel distributors for products.
- Attending and presenting at trade shows and events on behalf of the business.
- Coordinating the creation and delivery of marketing materials and content.
- Managing and motivating a team of trade marketing executives.
- Performing data analysis for business improvement.
- Preparing sales forecasts reflecting market demand.
Skills Requirements:
- Understanding consumer needs and behaviour.
- Strong analytical ability, including analysing data and developing insights.
- 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage at the management level.
- Strong planning, budgetary, and conceptual skills.
- Excellent management and motivation skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales and trade marketing is an advantage.
- Good business awareness, including knowledge of external markets and competitor positions.
- Good knowledge of policies and procedures, their development, and application.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, interpersonal, and relationship skills.
