- Creating a trade strategy and communicating this to the Marketing team.
- Considering trade and sales promotions to achieve targets for both MT & TT channels.
- Driving brand awareness across various categories and products.
- Developing a new channel distributor of products.
- Attending and presenting at trade shows and events on behalf of the business.
- Coordinating the creation and delivery of marketing materials and content.
- Managing and motivating a team of trade marketing executives.
- Performing data analysis for business improvement.
- Preparing sales forecasts reflecting market demand.
Skills Requirements
- Understanding of consumer needs and behaviour.
- Strong analytical ability, analysing data, developing insights, etc.
- 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage at management level.
- Strong planning and budgetary skills and conceptual ability.
- Excellent management and motivation skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales and trade marketing will be an advantage.
- Good business awareness including external markets and competitor position knowledge.
- Good knowledge of policies and procedures, their development and application.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, interpersonal, and relationship skills.
