Responsibilities
- Keeping job descriptions updated for all roles.
- Working with managers to meet hiring needs and find candidates.
- Managing interview scheduling and giving feedback to candidates.
- Overseeing the onboarding process and conducting orientation sessions.
- Tracking the recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill).
- Updating HR records, employee directory, and leave records.
- Managing employee benefits (insurance, provident fund, health checks).
- Attending meetings and handling special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- 30 - 45 years old.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Have experience in HR for around 5 years.
- Good command of English.
