Job Description
- Preparing and submitting information/documents in compliance with SEC/SET regulations.
- Assisting and facilitating meeting arrangements (BOD, EXCOM, AGM, EGM) such as preparing materials, and presentations and coordinating with related parties.
- Arranging and preparing all aspects of Management meetings (Notice, MoM, Presentation).
- Supporting and managing board meetings, Shareholders meetings and Management meetings.
- Assisting and providing administrative support to the management team.
- Coordinating with regulators and authorities, including the SEC and SET on regulations. compliance and company secretarial works and general commercial matters
- Being able to make decisions related to own routine assignments
- Proposing requests related to work issues and/or concerns to the manager/senior manager.
- Being able to make good judgement when to escalate to a supervisor.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/ Master’s degree in related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of overall corporate secretary tasks.
- Adaptability and ability to multitask.
- Positive thinking with integrity and confidentiality.
- Good English skills.
- Detail-focused.
