Our client is a leading company in the construction business.
Job Description:
- Conduct sourcing, selection, and evaluation of contractors for building systems.
- Purchase materials necessary for building systems and handle technical procurement.
- Prepare documentation related to system procurement.
- Communicate and coordinate to find new partners or suppliers and select those who meet the requirements.
- Negotiate with suppliers to build trade partnerships.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 5 years of relevant experience from the construction business and experience in supporting projects in high rise or low rise buildings.
- Proficient in related software programs.
- Strong negotiation skills, and excellent coordination skills (both internally and externally).
- Able to work on Saturdays (with two Saturdays off per month).
