Job description

  • Collaborating with the Superior and Regional Talent Management Managers to support talent development activities.
  • Identifying training needs, coordinating and ensuring all employees participate in planned training programs, including induction for newcomers.
  • Contracting, tracking and facilitating skills matrix training resources to ensure adherence to company policies
  • Liaising with the Skill Development Department to meet documentation and regulatory requirements.
  • Discussing career development paths with high-potential employees and those in mission-critical roles to foster their growth and retention.
  • Working closely with the Regional Development Committee to develop and implement strategies for talent development and succession planning.
  • Enhancing employee engagement by gathering information, initiating actions, and supporting engagement surveys.
  • Ensuring company policies and regulations are communicated and adhered to by all employees.
  • Supporting and resolving labour issues, including disciplinary actions and investigations.
  • Maintaining relationships with labour protection officers and relevant government sectors.
  • Organizing and lead employee activities and corporate events to boost morale and reinforce corporate culture.
  • Managing company communications and public boards, ensuring effective dissemination of information.
  • Assisting in developing and implementing competitive benefits packages in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Supporting payroll processes by updating data, calculating overtime and preparing payroll reports.
  • Handling medical claims, Social Security Fund, and Provident Fund documentation and coordination.
  • Assisting in coordinating recruitment activities, including interviewing and onboarding.
  • Managing candidate databases and coordinating interview schedules.
  • Analyzing recruitment activities and sources for manpower supply.

Qualification:

  • At least 6 years of experience in the HR field from a multinational manufacturing.
  • Strong in HRM and HRD.
  • English communication skill is a must.
  • ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS.
