Our client is the world’s leading manufacturer in the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning industry.

Responsibilities

• Leading the development and design of new products from concept to launch.
• Managing and implementing changes to existing products to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring with the Laboratory team the realization of internal tests for safety, reliability and conformity following internal and international standards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, process, supply chain and quality, to ensure successful product development.
• Conducting market research and analysing industry trends to identify opportunities for new product development.
• Developing and managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Animating innovation and cost optimization projects to keep competitiveness in all markets.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Providing leadership and mentorship to the R&D team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product development, with a focus on new product design and improvement of existing products (water heater product only).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with multicultural teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Software proficiency: MS Office, CAD (Creo), MS Project.
• Leadership and people management skills.
• Project management skills.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and computer proficiency.
