Responsibilities: 

  • Performs daily walk through of the building, conference rooms and general office area and confirms rooms are set up for use/occupancy according to the checklist.
  • Ensures the reception area is maintained in an orderly fashion.
  • Manages and updates conference room reservations within Outlook.
  • Uses the company intranet to look up employees’ contact information.
  • Answers incoming calls, either directly to reception or redirected from the phone system.
  • Manages conference room bookings, and loan equipment (remote controls, adaptors, headphones) distribution.
  • Provides coverage for the front desk.
  • Ensures that unauthorized individuals are not granted access to buildings.
  • Required to track and submit purchase card expenses for designated offices as directed.
  • Manage and update the reception manual as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in a related field. 
  • New graduates are welcome.
  • Good command of general computer programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, PDF).
  • Good command of Chinese, English and computer literacy (TOEIC score of not less than 750).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
