We are looking for a Senior HR Client Services Manager to join the team.
Responsibilities
Payroll Process Management
- Overseeing payroll processing tasks, including payroll calculation, attendance reporting, bonuses, and incentives.
- Managing and assisting with day-to-day HR operations and duties.
- Administering payroll for outsourced employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Providing payroll information and addressing inquiries and requests from customers as needed.
- Preparing and processing documentation and reports related to personnel activities, including staffing, orientation, and performance evaluations, for clients.
- Serving as the primary contact for outsourced employees on welfare and HR issues, handling employee relations at client sites.
- Maintaining and updating employee records in both hard and digital formats.
- Conducting new hire orientations, preparing materials, and facilitating the onboarding process.
Project Management (Outsourcing Staff, Payroll Service)
- Leading project management activities and address issues related to outsourced employees.
- Handling various HR issues, rules, regulations, and employee requests.
- Visiting clients regularly to foster positive employee relations and strengthen client relationships.
- Advising and supporting clients on labour laws and compliance.
- Collaborating closely with customers, offering consulting and expertise on HR and people-related matters.
- Contributing to team success by achieving related results as needed.
- Executing HR projects as assigned by the HR Client Services Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or any related field.
- At least 7 years experience in HR with 3 years in payroll management process.
- Good knowledge of Thai Labor Law.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Ability to manage and lead team members to excellent performance.
- Must be a team player and highly organized.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal relations, follow-up, time management and managerial skills.
