Responsibilities
- Planning, overseeing, and optimizing daily production activities to meet delivery targets and quality standards.
- Leading and training production staff, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
- Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Monitoring and controlling production costs while reducing waste and downtime.
- Overseeing equipment maintenance and collaborating on preventive measures.
- Driving process improvements and implementing efficiency strategies.
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing actionable feedback to team members.
- Staying updated on industry trends and incorporating best practices into operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 8-10 years of production management experience, preferably in construction materials.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
