Responsibilities

• Assessing customer needs and providing assistance and information on beauty product features and benefits.
• Welcoming customers to the store and answering their queries about products and services.
• Achieving the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• "Doing the extra mile" to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Maintaining in-stock and presentable condition of assigned areas.
• Actively seeking out customers in the store and engaging them with a friendly and knowledgeable approach.
• Being knowledgeable on beauty products offered and discussing available options with customers.
• Collaborating with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
• Building productive trust relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Complying with inventory control procedures and store policies.

Qualifications

• High school education or above.
• Proven work experience as a Beauty Advisor, Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Good personality and a professional appearance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus.
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints on time.
• Availability to work flexible shifts.
