Responsibilities
- Leading to the exploration of plant-wide machine automation projects and spearheaded the identification, evaluation, and implementation of automation projects across the entire plant.
- Being responsible for all aspects of budgeting and scheduling, developing comprehensive project budgets in alignment with organizational goals and financial constraints.
- Project reporting and advance analysis, generating detailed project reports outlining progress, challenges, and outcomes and recommending improvements.
- Cost-saving project tracking, monitoring and tracking the financial impact of automation projects, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
- Controlling and evaluating all contractor/supplier activities as per Mattel's Procedure, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Providing guidance and training assistance to employees, offering expertise and support to employees involved in automation initiatives, and fostering skill development and knowledge transfer.
- Setting up work instructions and procedures for employees and developing clear and concise work instructions and procedures for the operation and maintenance of automated systems.
- Following work instructions, procedures, and safety requirements.
Qualifications
- 30-40 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics only.
- At least 3 years of experience work as a Design Machine or related field in manufacturing for Model car or toys.
- Proficient in Solidworks is preferred.
- Good command of English communication skills.
- Improving automation process, design and development, Kaizen, and Machine safety.
