Job Description
Our client is one of the fastest-growing food retailers in Thailand.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the central kitchen, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Leading and supervising the production team to ensure timely and high-quality food preparation, adhering to standardized recipes and portion sizes.
- Developing and implementing quality assurance procedures to maintain food safety standards and product consistency.
- Managing inventory levels, procurement, and distribution processes to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production output, quality metrics, and operational efficiency.
- Performing other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in food production management, preferably in a QSR or similar fast-paced environment.
- Excellent understanding of food safety regulations and quality management systems.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work 6 days per week.
