Job Description
- The position involves extending mechanical design efforts for audio products, including headsets, microphones, and speakers, specifically at the factory site in Thailand.
- The role requires effective communication both internally within the company and externally with suppliers, stakeholders, and other partners.
- A key responsibility includes troubleshooting production line issues from a design perspective, ensuring that any design-related challenges in manufacturing are quickly resolved to minimize downtime.
- Additionally, the candidate will provide support in resolving engineering issues related to suppliers, acting as a technical liaison and ensuring seamless collaboration between design and manufacturing teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or above, in engineering.
- Familiar with system integration in the consumer product industry (5 years experience above).
- Medium English abilities in reading/writing in English.
- At least one CAD capability, Creo is preferred.
- MS Office AutoCAD is a must.
- Experience with manufacturing processes including Plastic Injection Molding, Compression Rubber, Sheet Metal, Extrusion, Die Casting, Machining, and Anodizing.
- Basic MSA skills, eg GRR, tolerance analysis, etc.
- A responsible, accountable, and outgoing personality is welcome.
