Job Overview
In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to attend training at our international headquarters, focusing on CNC machine operations. The training will cover everything from machine setup and programming to operation and maintenance. You will then use this knowledge to train production line staff on CNC Auto Lathe operations. Responsibilities
- Training
- Receiving hands-on training directly from our international headquarters, covering machine setup, programming, operation, and maintenance. This training equips you to effectively train production line staff on CNC Lathe operations.
- Machine Setup
- Efficiently setting up CNC Lathe machines for various production runs, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy.
- Maintenance
- Overseeing and carrying out both preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure smooth and continuous operation.
- Defects & Troubleshooting
- Quickly identify and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and keep machines running efficiently.
- Documentation
- Creating and maintaining detailed Manual and workflows for CNC Lathe processes to ensure clarity and consistency in operations.
Requirements
- Vocational certificate/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience with CNC Machine operations.
- Knowledge of CNC programming, setup, and maintenance.
- Ability to analyze and resolve issues while providing coaching to team members.
- ***Ability to travel for training abroad.***
