Responsibilities

  • Helping collect and summarize data analysis requirements for data application projects (requires communication with data tech team).
  • Designing market/business insights reports and performance measurement dashboards to drive business growth.
  • Creating daily/weekly/monthly performance analyses to monitor the performance of the business, locate risks and discover potential business opportunities.
  • Initiating ad-hoc analysis to address specific business performance and issues, and producing analysis reports to senior management/business stakeholders.
  • Working closely with business stakeholders to understand the business operation and performance, and provide valuable and actionable insights to support business decision-making/strategy planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 0-2 years of working experience in an analytical position (business intelligence, MIS or analytics).
  • Willingness to learn and use new business intelligence tools (i.e. Alibaba’s platforms).
  • Familiarity with Data tools and languages, with SQL and Excel being desirable.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Thai fluently and idiomatically.
  • Can-do attitude, proactiveness and resilience to changes.
