OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
A leading automotive parts manufacturer is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager - Incentivization and Compensation to lead and support HR initiatives at the manufacturing facility. This role requires extensive experience in data analysis and the capability to design and implement an incentive-based pay structure for both direct and indirect labour. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to drive change and efficiency within a growing workforce.
- Data Analysis & Incentive Programs: Coordinating with production and quality heads to analyze and adjust standard work hours for each production line. Implementing an incentive-based payment system aimed at improving worker efficiency.
- HR Strategy & Operations: Developing and executing HR strategies that align with company objectives. Supporting the company’s growth plans, including workforce expansion and the integration of automation systems.
- Employee Relations: Effectively communicating new policies and incentive programs to employees, ensuring smooth implementation and acceptance. Acting as a mediator and problem-solver in the workplace.
- Performance Management: Overseeing the performance management process, ensuring that it aligns with the new incentive-based pay structure and encourages a high-performance culture.
- Compliance: Ensuring all HR practices comply with local labour laws and company policies.
- Leadership & Development: Mentoring and leading a team of HR Officers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring they are equipped to handle the challenges of a rapidly expanding workforce.
Candidate Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in a management-level role within manufacturing.
- Proficiency with HR management tools and Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Experience in a multinational company.
- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Manufacturing Expertise: Strong background in HR within a manufacturing environment with a deep understanding of production processes.
- Incentive Pay Experience: Proven ability to design and implement incentive-based pay projects, with a successful track record of communicating and gaining buy-in from employees.
- Change Management: Adaptable, resilient, and capable of leading diverse teams through change, particularly when introducing new work practices.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, particularly in developing and managing incentive programs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
