Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting the integration of operations across multiple plant locations in Thailand.
- Establishing financial reporting frameworks aligned with the standards of a publicly listed group.
- Implementing cost accounting systems to enable detailed profitability analysis at the product and customer levels.
- Ensuring full compliance with corporate financial guidelines and implementing robust internal control procedures.
- Developing and maintaining consistent procedures and control tools to manage the site’s financial activities effectively.
- Assisting in the execution and monitoring of the company’s strategy and achievement of business plan objectives.
- Monitoring and analyzing financial performance to ensure targets are met, identifying potential concerns, and reporting findings to senior management.
- Leading initiatives to improve profitability and reduce working capital.
- Conducting customer profitability analysis and providing actionable recommendations to the management team.
- Handling ad-hoc management accounting and financial control tasks as required by the business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a CPA or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- At least 8 years of experience in financial controlling or management accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial reporting, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience in supporting business integration or transformation projects is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with internal control procedures and corporate financial guidelines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to driving financial improvements.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Thai (both written and verbal).
