Our is a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of ophthalmic lenses, frames and sunglasses.
Responsibilities
- Supporting process Asset Request Form(A/C check detail asset, send to process approve, send email to inform the user).
- Submitting LOA for scrap to authorizing in LOA system.
- Preparing import entry, import license, picture and data scrap for customs in Excel file.
- Preparing physical assets to scrap with owner by import group.
- Showing assets scrap with customs for import assets.
- Showing method to assets scrap with customs for import assets.
- Observing sale fixed assets scrap.
- Confirming list for scale scrap asset to Prucument/Compilance Dept.
- Preparing information in Excel file and provide to GBS.
- Checking results after GBS retired in Oracle (check btw Excel provided and Oracle).
- Creating assets gain/loss report.
Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, CPA is preferred.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in finance and accounting with multinational manufacturing companies and at least 3 years.
- Expert knowledge of basic accounting standards.
- Good analytical skills, detail-oriented, high compliance.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to use software applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Preferable Oracle or SAP knowledge.
- Excellent English Skills both written and spoken.
