General Description of Duties and Responsibilities
- Being responsible for the mapping, development and construction of offline retail shops, coming up with multiple retail visibility solutions and supporting offline business growth.
- Setting high-end in-store display/visual guidelines and monitoring the execution quality.
- Organizing and managing imported/locally produced retail material, maintaining a stable supply of retail resources.
- Aligning with HQ and RHQ standards and managing local construction/POSM suppliers.
Professional knowledge requirements
- Understanding of the retail industry and retail brands
- Enrich Knowledge of consumer electronics, and at least 5 years of working experience in retail shop construction.
- English as a working language, Chinese will be preferable.
- Familiar with main materials/technics of retail shop construction, furniture, props and POSMs and well connected in the field.
- Logical thinking ability, communication and coordination ability.
- Good at project management, high sense of time, quality and cost, can quickly integrate into the project and push towards the result.
- Can handle multi-task and pressure.
