Responsibilities
- Managing the storefront of the branch, maintaining orderliness and beauty within the store and storefront to meet the company's standards. Attracting customers at all times.
- Managing and caring about pending repair orders.
- Taking care of KPIs to meet the goals set by the company.
- Training employees on products, customer service and high-standard warranty policies. Service centre management and daily service problem monitoring KPIs.
- Evaluating customer satisfaction and creating strategies to increase customer satisfaction levels.
- Investigating and resolving complex customer issues or problems that have been accumulated for a long time.
- Managing the management of spare parts and the return of spare parts.
- Coordinating with the internal team to support all activities.
- Following and viewing customer feedback on social media.
Requirements
- Male/female.
- 25-35 years old.
- Experience as a mobile phone service centre manager for 2 years or more.
- Graduated with a bachelor's degree.
- Have good communication To send information smoothly.
- Can listen, speak, read and write Chinese or English well.
