Job Description

Our clients produce and sell ready-made clothes, and outerwear production (Garments, Fashion & Lifestyle items – in China, Vietnam, and Cambodia). 

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and qualifying garment, fashion accessories, and lifestyle items suppliers in China, Vietnam and Cambodia based on company requirements.
  • Negotiating prices, terms, and agreements with suppliers to achieve cost-effective purchasing.
  • Managing supplier relationships, conducting regular performance evaluations, and resolving any supplier-related issues.
  • Coordinating the sample developments and approval process with suppliers to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Conducting quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and international regulations.
  • Monitoring sample production, PPS, managing logistics and shipping arrangements for samples, and garments, including customs clearance and transportation to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Analyzing market trends, monitoring industry developments, and identifying new sourcing opportunities.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, merchandising & buy, logistics, finance) to align sourcing strategies with business goals.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sourcing activities, supplier contracts, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • 30-45 years old, Thai.
  • Bachelor or higher degree in Business Admin, Logistic & Supply Chain or related field.
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement or Purchase in Garment Manufacturing or Trading Cloth is a must.
  • In-depth knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, international sourcing and supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
  • Good command of English both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with international trade regulations, incoterms, customs procedures, Form E, Form D, and logistics.
  • Able to work stand-alone, good communication skills and detail-oriented.
  • Working 5 days/week with a location opposite Dokmai Temple.
