Our client is looking for a Product Marketing Manager for Supplements & Skincare.
This role requires a dynamic professional with a deep understanding of both the supplement and skincare industries, adept at launching new products, driving sales through various channels, and crafting compelling product stories that resonate with target customers.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing go-to-market strategies for new product launches in the supplement and skincare categories.
- Collaborating with product development teams to ensure marketing strategies align with product positioning and customer needs.
- Analyzing market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor products to inform marketing strategies.
- Creating and managing integrated marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, product visibility, and customer engagement.
- Developing compelling product messaging and positioning that differentiates products in the marketplace.
- Overseeing content creation for digital, print, and in-store marketing materials, including social media, email, and website content.
- Conducting market research to understand customer preferences, emerging trends, and new opportunities in the supplement and skincare sectors.
- Using data-driven insights to inform product development, positioning, and marketing strategies.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Sales, and Operations, to align product development and marketing strategies.
- Partnering with influencers, bloggers, and industry experts to build brand credibility and expand market reach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the supplement and/or skincare industries.
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, market research, and product positioning.
- Proven experience in launching successful marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms and retail channels.
