Main duties and responsibilities
- Managing non-conformities in the QMS system from the recording of the issues to the completion of the investigation and the implementation of the corrective actions.
- Preparing and maintaining a master list of non-conformities.
- Analyzing recurrence and classification of non-conformities.
- After having registered the non-conformity or complaint, leading the team that will identify their potential root cause and scope.
- Closing of NC according to plan to complete quality objectives proposal.
- Issuing customer complaint reports and communicating with the quality team at the headquarters in France once the investigations are completed.
- Leading customer complaint analysis and engaging with all relevant personnel to perform root cause analysis.
- Maintaining customer complaint lead time for responding to customers within the timeline as indicated in the procedure.
- Preparing and maintaining customer complaint satisfaction and feedback files then reporting to QMR.
- Monitoring and reporting quality-related key performance indicators
- Creating improvement analysis on non-conformities and customer complaints and executing with the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering.
- Working experience: Minimum 3 years in QC or QA functions.
- Specific skill/knowledge: Able to use a computer (excel, word, PowerPoint), have good knowledge of ISO 13485 and ISO17025 (plus skill).
- General knowledge: Good command of English.
