Responsibilities
- Handling onsite service with the sales team or independent work to Installation for CNC Lathe machinery and spare parts, repair and maintenance to customers as preventive maintenance plan in the Thailand area.
- Training on machine operation, including technical information that customers need to know, for a group of clients.
- Advising maintenance preventive plan and cost estimate to customers
- Handling remote and troubleshooting to machinery, G-code, M-code, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a service engineer, maintenance engineer, or technical support engineer to onsite service machinery in manufacturing or factory.
- Able to communicate in English skills (Speaking, Writing, Listening and Reading).
- Knowledge of remote work and troubleshooting machinery, G-code, M-code, etc. is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Solidworks or PLC program.
- Has own car and driving license.
- Able to work on 1 of Saturday per month.
