Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Management
- Developing and implementing rebranding strategies in collaboration with various teams.
- Maintaining consistency in our brand identity across all platforms.
- Overseeing the management of brand assets and the Brand portal.
2. Brand Activation
- Planning and executing brand activation activities to drive engagement and awareness.
- Creating detailed project plans, including budgets and timelines.
- Collaborating with agencies, providing clear briefs and overseeing creative development.
3. Communication and Education
- Developing and communicating brand guidelines and managing changes effectively.
- Creating training materials and educational content about our brand.
- Guiding team members on brand guidelines and ensuring adherence.
4. Team Collaboration
- Ensuring consistent brand messaging through collaboration with internal teams.
- Serving as a liaison between the marketing department and other departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications or brand management.
- Proven track record of brand managing and brand activation initiatives.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with creative agencies.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
