Main Responsibilities

  • Organizing maintenance services to keep the office clean and safe, ensuring all appliances are in good working order.
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, and snacks as needed. Managing office budget effectively.
  • Serving as a contact person between the office and building management. Reporting office progress to senior management and collaborating with them to improve office operations and procedures. Liaising on contractor schedule of repairs.
  • Preparing employee badges for new office employees and coordinating with the IT team. Maintaining an overview of the company's IT assets.
  • Supporting the review and renewal of contracts related to building rental, office supplies, and housekeeping services.
  • Assisting in logistics for employee engagement activities.
  • Answering telephone calls and emails from vendors and stakeholders, and responded to queries in Thai and English, in a multinational work environment.
  • Administrating the Oracle finance for vendor invoices and advance clearing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Office Manager or HR.
  • Able to communicate in English (40 employees are foreigners).
  • Excellent in Oracle Finance.
