Job Description

Process Optimization and Improvement

• Analyzing and improving dyeing and finishing processes.
• Implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Conducting root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues.
• Maintaining master data for manufacturing system applications.

Lean Manufacturing

• Implementing lean manufacturing principles with Industrial Engineer collaboration.
• Developing SOPs and work instructions for consistent operations.
• Conducting Kaizen events and continuous improvement activities.

Production Planning and Control

• Collaborating on production schedules with the planning team.
• Meeting production targets within specified timeframes and quality standards.
• Analyzing production data for trends and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinating with maintenance and quality assurance teams to minimize downtime.

Quality Assurance

• Implementing quality control measures to meet customer specifications.
• Conducting inspections and audits to address quality issues.
• Investigating customer complaints and implementing corrective actions.

Environmental and Safety Compliance

• Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
• Implementing and auditing safety protocols for a safe working environment.

Project Management

• Leading process improvement projects from conception to implementation.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams for successful project execution.
• Monitoring project progress and providing updates to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in process engineering.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (speaking and writing).

Benefits

• Salary: Monthly incentive 10% - 20% of base salary.
• Bonus: Variable Bonus max 18% of annual salary.
• Time: Monday – Friday and 2 Saturdays per week (8.00 – 17.00).
