Responsibilities
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
- Developing and documenting business process models to illustrate current and future states.
- Proposing and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives
- Working with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals
- Creating detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
- Participating in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to ongoing optimization efforts.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience for BA.
- Should be able to write/read/communicate in English.
- Has experience in design UX/UI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with business process modelling and documentation tools.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with designing tools e.g. Figma, Visio, Draw.io, Miro etc.
