Responsibilities

• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
• Developing and documenting business process models to illustrate current and future states.
• Proposing and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives
• Working with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals
• Creating detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
• Participating in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to ongoing optimization efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience for BA.
• Should be able to write/read/communicate in English.
• Has experience in design UX/UI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with business process modelling and documentation tools.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with designing tools e.g. Figma, Visio, Draw.io, Miro etc.
