Our client is a well-established global pharmaceutical company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing brand strategies.
- Creating and executing marketing strategies, as well as designing and running campaigns for specific products and product groups.
- Providing technical support and training to sales teams and customers.
- Planning, organizing, and managing special events to support promotional strategies and regional objectives.
- Collaborating effectively with all stakeholders to ensure timely completion of initiatives.
- Building and maintaining an active network with key stakeholders.
- Preparing annual sales forecasts and promotional budgets, determining strategies for each product within your scope.
- Achieving annual sales targets within the approved promotional budget.
- Collaborating with sales teams to develop promotional activities that support sales objectives.
- Adhering to the company’s code of conduct and compliance guidelines at all times.
Skills and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceuticals is required.
- Extensive experience with pain management portfolios.
- Strong communication and influencing skills in both Thai and English.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and generating actionable insights.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and understanding of brand development, NPD, and P&L management.
