Job Description

Our client is the largest distributor of electrical products and industrial automation systems, and we are now organized into three businesses in Thailand: Electrical Distribution Business, Project Business, and Oil and Gas Business.

Responsibilities

Modern Retail Part

  • Controlling, supervising, and planning the work of the Modern Trade department. 
  • Controlling, following, visiting, giving advice, and helping subordinates and customers, such as department stores Contemporary shops, etc.
  • Creating summary report: Problem-solving teamwork, and responsible products.
  • Defining and planning knowledge training for the Modern Trade department.

E-Commerce Part

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive e-commerce strategies and plans aligned with business objectives to drive online sales growth.
  • Managing, maintaining, and updating the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience for customers.
  • Monitoring and analyze market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business growth.
  • Analyzing data, including web analytics and customer insights, to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
  • Developing strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
  • Monitoring and responding to customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to maintain a positive brand image and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Preparing regular reports on the performance of the e-commerce platform, including key metrics, sales trends, customer behaviour, and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Open to all genders, 30-42 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of work experience in Key Account Modern trade in Retail Business (Prefer Home Pro Dohome, Thai Watsadu, etc.).
  • Preferably in the electrical equipment or automation industry.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in modern trade and e-commerce sales.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
