Our client is in the business of the development and production of injection moulding machines that are shaping the plastics processing of the future with technologies and digital solutions.

Currently, they are looking for a Training Engineer who has experience and knowledge in the plastic injection process and machine learning with strong English communication to join their team.

Job Description

Training Engineer must be extremely knowledgeable in their field of expertise and possess solid technical aptitude. Need to be an excellent communicator, able to explain complex subjects understandably and interestingly and clarify all questions the customer raises. Also be required to train the customers on how to use the machine, as well as train them on problem-solving skills in injection moulding.

Responsibilities

• Performing customer visits to assist sales on machine specifications (alone or with sales).
• Supporting the customers and the Service Team on their injection moulding problems.
• Facilitating mould trials and machine demonstrations at the Showroom for customers and during seminars.
• Reporting on the problem at the customer’s site after each visit.
• Performing customer visits to clarify technical questions.
• Preparing and conducting training courses for customers.
• Keeping track and record showroom equipment and consumables.
• Keeping the showroom, including equipment maintained and prepared.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or relevant engineering degree.
• Proficient in English, both oral and written communication (minimum B2 level on the Common European Framework or equivalent IELTS score of 5.5 - 6.5).
• Injection Molding Processing experience (Minimum 2 years).
• Strong injection moulding technical background and understanding.
• Understanding of physics topics such as thermodynamics, solid mechanics, and fluid mechanics.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Service - mindset.
• Ability to travel to the customer or other country as required.
• Working hours:  Mon - Fri  (8.30 - 17.30).
