Our client is a consumer product of plastic packaging part. 

Responsibilities

• Managing PM mould, mould improvement and control spare parts.
• Coordinating both in-house and third parties to control the assets.
• Utilizing both in-house and third parties to maximize capacity and utilization.
• Strengthening the preventive maintenance management system.
• Troubleshooting the problem and maintaining the control systems in the factory.
• Updating the control system program and modification.
• Providing training on control systems to concerned technicians.
• Leading the plant's digital & Smart Factory projects.
• Working as per additional assignment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Bold moulding & Injection moulding Machines (Must).
• Professional experience in the plastic mould industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in the major of Tool & Die Engineering or related.
• Experience in the consumer product industry (Preferred).
• Experience and understanding of the plant process control systems such as PLC, Wonderware, instruments, etc.
• Good communication in English and organization skills. Technical competency in problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Cooperation and teamwork, flexibility, coaching & feedback.
