Job Description
Our client operates in the production, marketing, and distribution of cooling tower parts, water and waste treatment parts, and evaporative cooling parts.
Job Responsibilities
- Performing the technical matters for pre-sale and post-support activities.
- Gathering, analysing and understanding the customer requirement and convert into functional application and workflow using key analytical skills.
- Maintaining positive relations with current and new customers.
- Visiting clients and making presentations.
- Supervising our product installation, developing the systems for test running according to the requirements, and preparing documents about the test running.
- Explaining the specifications of the system to clients.
- Setting up the machines on the client site or the exhibition site.
- Handling other tasks assigned by manager.
Qualifications
- Thai nationality or others, Male/Female, 23 – 30 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience as a Technical Support, Service, and Application Engineer in Mechanical engineering, Chemical engineering and other related roles.
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawing.
- Knowledge about CAD, and Solid Work.
- Able to communicate in English & Chinese.
- Have a driving license and own car.
- Able to travel domestically and overseas.
