Support in the procurement process from managing contracts and ensuring vendors deliver products or services in line with quality standards and SLA, conducting satisfaction surveys, identifying operational improvement areas, conducting compliance reviews and providing presentations for executives.

Responsibilities

Vendor Sourcing and Management

• Assisting in the procurement of non-IT/IT products, services and IT projects, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance evaluation.
• Creating RFPs and RFIs, establishing vendor selection criteria, negotiating terms, and obtaining necessary approvals.
• Drafting and managing vendor contracts, covering terms, pricing, and SLAs.
• Monitoring and ensuring vendor deliverables meet quality standards and SLAs.
• Overseeing junior staff in daily operations.

Vendor Governance

• Helping to develop performance and productivity metrics.
• Monitoring services and support from IT service providers to ensure SLA compliance.
• Identifying IT operational improvement opportunities based on SLA performance metrics and reporting to management.
• Performing IT compliance reviews as per regulatory requirements.
• Ensuring agreements are effectively complied with and respond to business operations without IT service provider risks.
• Preparing and participating in meetings with IT service providers, users, or related parties to present findings and recommendations.
• Conducting satisfaction surveys and providing executive-level presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, vendor management or a similar role, preferably within IT Solutions Procurement.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with relevant stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
• Capable of working independently and motivating others.
• Proficient in Microsoft products such as MS 365, MS Office, and Power BI.
• Upholds high standards of ethical conduct, behaviour, and integrity.
• Proficient in English communication.
