Responsibilities
- Understanding S4E processes, workflows and strategies as well as LEAN management principles and their implementation.
- Training and coaching existing and new staff in S4E processes, workflows and strategies.
- Coaching and support the management teams to develop, implement and measure the results of S4E strategies.
- Continuously striving to improve existing workflows to increase work performance and value creation.
- Developing, implementing and measuring the results of S4E strategies.
- Ensuring transparency and measurability of savings and/or values created from LEAN transformation.
- Following up on annual S4E processes and their timeline.
- Conducting internal audits, documenting and reporting to their management and the GM S4E on the compliance with processes and their continuous improvement.
- Transferring successful processes and strategies within the company Group (market to market, portfolio to portfolio).
Qualifications
- Gained a Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Has a minimum of 3 years experience in project management or improvement process.
- Has a Good command of English.
- Has very good communication skills.
