Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations as preparing for an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, significant IPO experience, and a deep understanding of the financial challenges and opportunities within construction, construction products, engineering services, or real estate industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the end-to-end process of preparing the company for an IPO.
  • Working closely with investment banks, legal teams, auditors, and regulators to ensure successful listing on [exchange].
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and financial reporting requirements under public company guidelines (e.g., SEC, SET, etc.).
  • Developing and overseeing the company’s overall financial strategy, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital structure optimization.
  • Ensuring the company’s financial health, with a strong focus on cash flow management, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
  • Providing actionable insights to the CEO and board on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Overseeing the financial reporting process, including the preparation of financial statements following accounting standards.
  • Ensuring robust internal controls and compliance requirements and other relevant public company financial regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred).
  • Proven experience as a CFO, particularly with IPO preparation
  • Strong accounting background with expertise in financial reporting, auditing, and compliance.
  • Experience in construction, engineering services, or real estate industries is highly desirable.
  • In-depth understanding of financial regulations, securities laws, and public company governance.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
