Principal Accountabilities

• Cooperating and coordinating with overseas suppliers to obtain all relevant FDA registration documents, product info, photos, and supplier account documents.
• Supporting and coordinating the information required from FDA from internal and external parties.
• Liaising with FDA and import team for all product registration matters.
• Working closely with the FDA team to ensure all product registration processes with the Thai FDA get approval to be on time plan.
• Ensuring store distributions for products are correct.
• Gathering all new supplier opening documents and opening new supplier accounts with finance.
• Registering new products.
• Checking product information, store links, and plan-o-gram as assigned.
• Managing non-move, non-sales, shortage, hold product, MLOR, nearly expired / code date products, ageing, and other inventory issues.
• Handling ad-hoc assignments when needed to support the efficiency of the Global Sourcing Team.
• Working closely with the operations team and store to support ad hoc requests and customer comments.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2-3 years experience in buying, merchandising, FDA registration or importation.
• Excellent communication.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.).
• Strong Multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in fast fast-paced environment.            
• Positive attitude and Team Spirit.
• Willingness to learn.
