Job Description
Our client is looking for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the IPO Project who will lead the financial strategy and execution of the company's Initial Public Offering (IPO) process.
The CFO will oversee all financial aspects of the company, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, ensuring the company meets all regulatory requirements and achieves its financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive IPO strategy in alignment with the company's growth objectives.
- Leading the financial due diligence process, ensuring all financial statements and disclosures meet regulatory standards.
- Coordinating with investment banks, legal advisors, auditors, and other stakeholders to ensure a successful IPO process.
- Preparing and reviewing all IPO-related documentation, including prospectuses, financial statements, and regulatory filings.
- Managing investor relations, including developing and delivering presentations to potential investors and analysts.
- Overseeing the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Overseeing internal and external audits, addressing any findings and implementing necessary improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in leading a company through an IPO process.
- Strong knowledge of SEC regulations, GAAP/IFRS, and other financial reporting standards.
- Good communication skills.
