Responsibilities
- Handing Marketing Survey to expand the new opportunity (B2B Travel Agency Business )
- Updating Marketing and travel Agency trends.
- Being able to create artwork to promote into online and offline channels.
- Coordinating and creating promotions and sales promotion activities.
- Overseeing and coordinating various marketing activities such as Agent Seminars, Webinars, and out-of-town events.
- Assisting, providing guidance, and solving customer problems by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Contacting, advising, and providing information and news to customers to ensure continuous trade and foster good customer relationships.
- Preparing, compiling, and summarising various reports as assigned.
- Responding to customer inquiries through all channels.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Marketing (online and offline).
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to gather and analyze information.
- Service-minded attitude.
- Able to use Design program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Fluent in English.
